Helped the customer prepare initial shipments for launch on a first generation system.  Created part numbering system and database, created work instructions, BOMs, travelers, SOPs, assisted setting up ERP/MRP system, mechanical engineering, and engineering support for production.  Led the mechanical engineering efforts for the second generation aerostat.  Participated in demos for military.  Various roles for the company included project leader, project manager, mechanical engineer and manager, production support, inventory management
