Catalytic Air Filter Design

This product introduced a catalytic filter which was more effective at removing airborne particles than conventional air filters.  Our job was to design and optimize the air filter.  A Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed to develop the filter element geometry for even distribution of airflow, and extend the life of the filters. This product became part of the customer’s start-up company which was sold for $5M to a group of investors
